PROCESSING TIME
All Utopic Dream items are made-to-order. Production takes 3-5 business days after your order is placed. You will receive a confirmation email once your item ships.
SHIPPING TIME
- United States & Puerto Rico: 5-7 business days after production
- Total delivery time: 8-12 business days from order date
SHIPPING CARRIERS
We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on your location. You will receive tracking information once your order ships.
SHIPPING RATES
FREE SHIPPING on all Genesis Collection items for a limited time.
ORDER TRACKING
Track your order using the tracking number sent to your email. Please allow 24-48 hours after shipment for tracking to update.
CANCELLATIONS
Orders cannot be cancelled once production has started (typically within 24 hours of order placement). Please contact us immediately at info@utopicdream.store if you need to cancel.
SHIPPING ISSUES
If your package is lost or delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, contact us at info@utopicdream.store and we'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Currently, we only ship to the United States and Puerto Rico. International shipping coming soon.
