All Utopic Essentials items at the moment are made-to-order specifically for you. 'Flowers fro a Dreamer' is a pre-order. Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on items that meet quality standards.
WE DO ACCEPT RETURNS/EXCHANGES FOR:
- Manufacturing defects.
- Incorrect items shipped by Utopic Dream. (incorrect sizes or products shipped)
- Damaged items during transit.
TIMELINE: Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery with photo evidence.
PROCESS: Contact us at info@utopicdream.store or to our social media with your order number and photos of the issue. Approved claims will receive a replacement or full refund.
NO REFUNDS FOR:
- Change of mind of the customer.
- Incorrect size ordered by the customer.
- Color variations (screens may display colors differently)
All sales are final unless the item is defective or incorrect.
