All Utopic Dream items are made-to-order specifically for you. Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on items that meet quality standards.

WE DO ACCEPT RETURNS/EXCHANGES FOR:

Manufacturing defects
Incorrect items shipped
Damaged items during transit

TIMELINE

Claims must be submitted within 14 days of delivery with photo evidence.

PROCESS

Contact us at info@utopicdream.store with your order number and photos of the issue. Approved claims will receive a replacement or full refund.

NO REFUNDS FOR:

Change of mind
Incorrect size ordered
Color variations (screens may display colors differently)

All sales are final unless the item is defective or incorrect.
