Shipping & Delivery

How long does shipping take?
Each piece is crafted to order and ships within 3-5 business days. Delivery typically takes 6-10 business days depending on your location and current logistics conditions. You'll receive tracking information once your order ships.

'Flowers for a Dreamer' is a pre-order, after receiving all orders necessary, all goods will be ordered to our manufacturer, they will produce the product and ship to our location. After receiving the shipment, we will pack every order and ship to every one of our customers.

Where do you ship?
We currently ship to the United States and Puerto Rico. International shipping will be available in future drops.

Do you offer free shipping?
No.

How do I find my size?
Each product page includes a detailed size chart. Also, on our social media, there is posts regarding sizings of each product.

What materials do you use?
We use premium quality fabrics designed for comfort and durability. Specific material details are listed on each product page.

When is each piece made?
'Dreamers Reality' & 'Inspiration to Dream' are currently made based on the demand of each product. This made-to-order approach ensures quality and reduces waste, aligning with our commitment to intentional production.

'Flowers for a Dreamer' will be made after receiving all orders necessary to order all goods to our manufacturer.

Orders & Returns

Can I modify or cancel my order?
Contact us immediately at info@utopicdream.store if you need to modify your order. Once production begins, changes may not be possible.

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items with original tags. Please review our full Refund Policy for complete details.

How do I initiate a return?
Email us at info@utopicdream.store with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide return instructions and a prepaid shipping label.
